Guru della Pasta was conceptualized out of Ross’s vision for all things Italian. It was born out of his extensive travel and time spent in Italy and his desire to share this amazing food and culture throughout Atlantic Canada. It really is all about the food, culture and lifestyle.

Pasta Fatta Mano
Learn the skill and old world techniques to create pasta by hand. These have been passed down for generations and Guru della Pasta is in a sharing frame of mind! Great classes for personal and professional groups! Groups limited up to 12 guests.
Italian Food Tastings
Guru offers Italian food tastings from all over the 20 regions of Italy; Cheese tastings, olive oil tastings, pasta tastings and we can customize these to your liking. Groups limited up to 12 guests.
Italian Dining
